SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently we only ship in the USA! If you are in the area of store front in St. Cloud, we do offer local pick up options!
Paid orders will be processed within 72 hrs. Upon shipment, an email notification containing tracking information will be sent.
Due to the butter like consistency, please note that hot temperatures will cause your body butter to soften or melt. We recommended that your body butter be delivered to an indoor location as we will not be responsible for butter melting in transit.
Extreme cold or heat can affect our products: some of our liquid-based products may freeze and expand due to temperatures below 0°C, and some solid-based products can start to melt in high humidity. In extreme weather situations, we can provide a next-day shipping service for these products, at an additional charge. This will ensure that your products do not sit in storage overnight, potentially causing leaks and damage to the rest of your order. Please contact us to inquire about specific products.
RETURNS
We do not offer exchange on faulty or damaged products due to shipping. We are unable to offer compensation for change-of-mind purchases and to protect your hygiene, products cannot be returned.

PRODUCTS
We create our products to be gentle and mild, and source our ingredients with this in mind. Our hope is that our customers with the most sensitive of skin will love and enjoy using our products. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend using a small amount of any skin care product in a concentrated area before full use to determine which products work well with your skin.
We are so happy to see mamas using and loving our products! If you are pregnant, we do recommend consulting with your doctor to determine if our products are right for you during your pregnancy.
